FreezoneGuide provides general information about UAE free zones and UAE business rules. It is not legal, tax, immigration, employment or financial advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Using the site, including the guides, the shortlist and the rankings, does not create a lawyer–client, adviser–client or any other professional relationship.
Fees, rules and activity lists change, and how they apply depends on your situation. Before you pay, sign or apply for anything, confirm with the free zone, the relevant government authority or a professional licensed in the UAE.
Not a recommendation
Rankings, the shortlist and the ✓ marks in comparisons order zones by published figures and our stated method. They are not a recommendation to choose, or to avoid, any free zone.
Accuracy
We summarise what free zones and UAE government bodies publish, link each fact to its source and show when it was last checked. Activity fit is our own assessment and is labelled as such. The zone's current published schedule and rules, and the official text of any law or decision, prevail over anything on this site. We do not guarantee that any information is complete, current or correct.

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the site or from decisions made using it.
Links to other sites
Links to free zones and government sites are for reference; any dealings you have with them are between you and them.
Acceptable use
You may browse, compare, share links and quote individual figures with attribution and a link to the source page. AI assistants and search engines may read and cite the pages, the Markdown versions and llms.txt.
You may not:
- republish the dataset, or a substantial part of it, as your own product;
- crawl the site in a way that degrades it for others;
- attempt to bypass bot protection or access controls.
